How to install Vainglory for Android via Amazon Appstore (Underground App)

Yes, you read that right!

For some of us whose Android devices aren’t officially supported to play Vainglory (yet?), we can now download the game through the Amazon Appstore’s Underground App.

That also means there’s no more need for manually uninstalling an outdated version and re-installing the game again with a newer version. If there’s a new update, you can simply update the game through the Amazon app — everything with just your phone/device, no need for a computer!

If any of that confused you, no worries. We got you covered with an easy-to-follow tutorial here. Let’s get started!  Continue reading How to install Vainglory for Android via Amazon Appstore (Underground App)

#SikwatiPlays Vainglory #2 – Catherine, support ain’t boring

Note: If you were wondering, yes, this gameplay video has no sounds. I unfortunately still can’t find a video capture app on Android that does so. All I’ve found and have used so far only records the microphone, not in-game or system sounds. If you know one, please let me know in the comments. I’d really appreciate it! 🙂

Finally, I was able to install Vainglory for Android on my Asus Zenfone 5. If you aren’t yet, check out our tutorial on how to install the game on Android devices (even on unsupported ones).

The devs (thank you guys for this awesome game!) kept stressing that my device is NOT officially supported yet but what the heck, I can’t wait no longer to get my hands on this game.

This is my 2nd game against human opponents (1st game I was also playing Saw – my team won). I’m sorry about the occasional mishaps/mistaps/mistouches resulting in deaths and, well, ally deaths. F’in noob, right? Hahaha. 😀 Continue reading #SikwatiPlays Vainglory #1 – Saw, turtle-slow but deadly

What is Vainglory?

Vainglory is probably the best mobile MOBA game right now. While it’s yet to be officially released for the Android platform (it started on iOS), the Beta is slowly rolling support for some Android devices.

After joining the Google+ community Vainglory Beta for Asus PadFone & ZenFone, I’ve been reading some posts/comments from other members that the game can be played on an Asus Zenfone 5, a phone I also use.

Holy shift! I’ve been waiting for this game.

You’re probably thinking the same too.

A number of Vainglory android download sources were mentioned, but I really couldn’t find a good guide on how to properly set up the game on my phone and not mess up.

Having figured it out myself eventually, I hope this guide will also help you install Vainglory Android Beta on your Android device (Zenfone 5 for my case) and get pawning ASAP.  Continue reading How to install Vainglory for Android (even on some unsupported devices)
